The Aspen Challenge launched in partnership with Chicago Public Schools in Chicago for the first time in 2016. We're back for a second year and 20 new high schools are participating in the Challenge.

With nearly 454,000 total students and over 106 high schools, Chicago Public Schools (CPS) serves all of the city's neighborhoods and is the fourth largest district in the country. The district's vision is to ensure that every student in every neighborhood will be engaged in a rigorous, well-rounded instructional program and will graduate prepared for success in college, career and life.
