Erica Williams Simon is head of the Creator’s Lab at Snapchat, creating spaces for meaningful dialogue with influencers and creators at the forefront of cultural change. She hosts the podcast “The Call with Erica,” published by ManRepeller.com and co-hosts “The Assembly,” a nontraditional talk series executive produced by Rosario Dawson. Simon has worked in and around the highest level of every change-focused industry in America — politics, tech, media, and faith — driving conversations that help a diverse generation ask critical questions, build fulfilling lives, and change the world. She built the first branded content studio as creative director of Upworthy.com. Prior to that, she was a Washington insider, leading Generation Progress among other roles, and was named one of POLITICO’s youngest Top 50 To Watch. A World Economic Forum Global Shaper, Simon currently serves on the boards of NPR’s Generation Listen and ColorofChange.org. Her first book, You Deserve the Truth, is being published in May 2019.
